Order Modifications

To modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Due to our fast processing system, changes can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, modifications may not be possible.

We recommend double-checking all order details before submission. If corrections are needed, reach out to us right away, and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. We appreciate your understanding.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed the next business day. Please allow extra time during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping occurs Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do not offer same-day shipping.

Shipping Estimates

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and external factors (e.g., customs, holidays). You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped.

United States:

  • Standard (7–10 business days): $6.95 USD (Free for orders over $50)
  • Expedited (5–8 business days): $8.95 USD

United Kingdom:

  • Standard (7–9 business days): £4.95 GBP (Free for orders over $50)
  • Expedited (5–6 business days): £6.95 GBP

Rest of the World:

  • Standard (7–14 business days): $4.95 USD (Free for orders over $50)
  • Priority (5–10 business days): $6.95 USD

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and delays may occur due to carrier issues or customs clearance. We are not responsible for such delays.

Failed Deliveries

Ensure your full name, address, and contact details are accurate before completing your order. Incomplete or incorrect shipping details may result in returned packages. If your order is returned due to delivery failure, we’ll reach out to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply and will be discussed before re-dispatching the order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has been processed and shipped.
