We want you to love your purchase from CALLIXE. That’s why we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
Important: Do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns that arrive without prior authorization will not be accepted. Returns sent to intermediary shipping addresses (not provided by us) are also not eligible for a refund.
We are not liable for checkout errors, including wrong product selections or incorrect address entries that result in failed deliveries.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund on their end.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us to begin the process.
Once we confirm your request, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. After we receive and verify the returned item, your replacement will be prioritized for shipment.
Please note:
- Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are not covered by CALLIXE
- A 10% fee may be applied if the returned item is not in its original condition
- Orders that have already been exchanged or replaced are no longer eligible for a refund

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away at [email protected] with:
- A description of the issue
- A clear photo of the item
If the issue is confirmed upon delivery, you can choose between:
- A full refund
- A free reshipment
If the item becomes damaged after use, don’t worry—our lifetime warranty has you covered. Simply contact us for a free replacement.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, no questions asked.
