We process orders quickly, so if you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Requests made after 12 hours may not be accepted — but don’t worry, you can still return your order for a full refund once it arrives.
We accept all major credit cards — VISA, Mastercard, AMEX — as well as PayPal for your convenience.
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse between Monday and Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing, with shipping beginning the day after.
Note: Processing may take longer during holidays or sale events. We do not ship on weekends.
Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after your order has shipped.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund. Please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.
All prices on our site are listed tax-free in USD. Depending on your country, customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply upon delivery.
These charges are set by your local customs office and are not covered by Callixe. We are also not responsible for any customs-related delays.

Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant details. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed to your card-issuing bank within 7–10 business days after we receive your returned item or approve your cancellation.
